I am currently 2DPO, been trying over 2 years but this was my first cycle on Chlomid.

Any cycle buddies :)

@19Katie89 this is my 4th cycle trying for baby #1 and the first cycle I’ve been taking my temp, I have sat I’m way less anxious than I have been other months, I mean ideally the best method would definitely be to combine OPK strips with BBT monitoring so that you know ovulation days for sure when they happen, that’s been the only irritating thing for me reading the BBT chart, that now after I’m 4dpo, I know that’s when I ovulated. So maybe BBT is only good after ovulation haha! Like things like spotting an implantation dip (which doesn’t happen for everyone apparently but could show up on the chart) and also seeing temps rise again in the coveted triphastic pattern 👀 if this month doesn’t work for me, I think I’ll combine both for sure!

How many dpo are you again?

No symptoms for me yet, but will pay attention from Sunday (7 DPO) and onward 😇

19Katie89 · 13/02/2020 07:52

I am now 6dpo. It feels like forever Haha.
I have previously had 2 miscarriages, 1 at 13 weeks and 1 at 8 weeks, but we have also been very lucky and blessed to have a beautiful boy who is now 5 years old, we have decided to try for our 2nd after 5 years Haha xx

19Katie89 · 13/02/2020 07:54

I wasn't very clear on my previous message, my miscarriages happened 8 and 7 years ago xxx

gingerglitter4ever · 13/02/2020 09:28

@Willow146 do you find the clear blue ones to be good? I’m still not sure what I would get 🤷🏼‍♀️

gingerglitter4ever · 13/02/2020 09:31

@19Katie89 I’m really sorry to hear about your MC, even if they happened before your DS 😕 Hopefully this month is your month, crossing my fingers and toes for you!

Willow146 · 13/02/2020 10:30

@gingerglitter4ever yes I really like the clear blue ones and they have always been accurate for me, last month with my forever run of flashy faces I did have a period that was late by 4 days. They are pricey tho!
I had a mc in 2018 then fell pregnant with my son who is now 13 months. I fell pregnant first try with my mc and my son and now on 4th cycle trying for baby 2 so getting a bit anxious that something might be wrong as I fell so easy last time. I have noticed since having my son my periods are heavier

19Katie89 · 13/02/2020 11:49

@gingerglitter4ever thank you!!

@Willow146 I feel exactly the same, we fell pregnant on our first try on all 3 previous pregnancies. We have left a big 5 year gap between the birth of our DS and now so anything could of changed, I might book into the doctors for a quick check up if we have no luck in the next few months.
I also have a bicornuate uterus to make things even more interesting, apparently with this I am prone to having small babies although DS was born 2 weeks early weighing 9lb 7oz Haha xx

feelingpositive2020 · 13/02/2020 14:41

I'm now 5DPO and feeling so bloated since I ovulated. I was on my first round of chlomid so I think it's that :( x

@Willow146 I still getting cramps???? How are you feeling? X

gingerglitter4ever · 13/02/2020 22:08

@19Katie89 that could be a great sign, particularly at the dpo your at, implantation perhaps? 😊 what kind of cramps are they?

19Katie89 · 14/02/2020 06:01

@gingerglitter4ever it's just dull cramping that comes and goes.
How are you feeling? Xxx

Willow146 · 14/02/2020 11:12

Fingers crossed for you @19Katie89 are you testing early?

@gingerglitter4ever when are you planning to test?

gingerglitter4ever · 14/02/2020 12:32

@19Katie89 feeling fine! Approaching possible implantation day (7 dpo on Sunday) thinking of this one sticks maybe keep an extra eye on how I’m going sun-thurs (7 dpo - 12 dpo) but so far no symptoms 🙈

@Willow146 if I see in my BBT chart some sort of implantation dip, probably gonna test 4 days after, otherwise (since a dip doesn’t always happen but still physically happen) I’ll wait until the day after AF is late. How about you? 😊

Willow146 · 14/02/2020 12:42

That sounds sensible :)
I bought loads of cheapies from amazon thinking that if I wanted to get a test out my system I could just do it, but I don’t know if that will just make me more anxious as even if it was negative I wouldn’t actually believe it until my period arrived anyway 😏 I think I’ll test next Sunday

19Katie89 · 14/02/2020 16:47

@willow146 (sorry it won't tag for some reason) I'm going to try and wait, will you be testing early??

I hope everyone has a great weekend and our second week of waiting doesn't last forever xxxx

19Katie89 · 14/02/2020 16:49

Sorry your messages have only just come through, what is wrong with me a technology Blush Haha xx

gingerglitter4ever · 14/02/2020 22:18

I’ll for sure keep you guys updated if any implantation stuff happens this weekend! Keep me posted on any new symptoms and implantation stuff!

feelingpositive2020 · 15/02/2020 11:55

Willow146 · 15/02/2020 12:01

Really hope that this is a good sign for you! Have you had these cramps previous months? Could be a great sign something is happening 🤞🏼

gingerglitter4ever · 15/02/2020 14:20

@feelingpositive2020 that’s great! I realllllly hope that’s an implantation sign for you! Crossing my fingers✨

19Katie89 · 15/02/2020 16:55

I have my fingers crossed for you @feelingpositive2020
Keep us posted!!!
I'm still having the cramps, they started on Tuesday for me Confused AF is only due a week today. My boobs are also really sore today, but I don't think it's a good sign :( these cramps are lasting wayyyy to long xxxx

feelingpositive2020 · 15/02/2020 17:06

I do remember when I was pregnant with my first I thought i was starting AF because of the period pain. I'm worried might be side effects of my chlomid x

OP posts:
Willow146 · 15/02/2020 17:36

Period pains and sore boobs were my key signs when I was pregnant. Fingers crossed for you @feelingpositive2020 and @19Katie89.

19Katie89 · 15/02/2020 17:39

@Willow146 how long did the pain last? With our DS it lasted for around 1 day xx

Willow146 · 15/02/2020 17:44

It won’t let me tag you for some reason! I had sore boobs from about 10/11dpo until about 6.5 weeks. I really wish my boobs were sore right now 🙈
The cramps I also had from about 10/11dpo and they lasted my whole pregnancy x
