Coming off the mini pill with PCO

Anyone coming off the mini pill and start ttc? I came off mine on 14 Jan after being on it for 9 years. I had zero issues being on the pill (no bleeding, no mood swings no sore boobs etc). The last few weeks have been strange having all of these unfamiliar symptoms whilsy waiting for my withdrawal bleed!

I used to have irregular, very painful periods and a few years ago I found out I had PCO but dont suffer with the weight gain/excess hair growth etc. Feels weird being so desperate for my periods to come back when I remember them being so awful!

Anyone else in a vaguely similar situation and want to be buddies?

@vegisaurus hey 👋🏼 i am im a similar situation... stopped mini pill end of october after being on different pills for 9 years!
I eventually had a withdrawal bleed end of November.. no bleed since though so currently CD60 🙄 also waiting on AF!
I had bloods done one Monday to check hormones etc, can i ask how you got diagnosed with PCOS?

Hi @diamond94 nice to know I am not alone. I went in for a scan for something unrelated and part of the report said I had 'cysts consistent with polycystic ovaries'. The doctor didn't seem too concerned so I wasn't either at the time but now I wonder what it might mean for me now.
If I am anything like before the pill, I will be having some long unpredictable cycles ahead of me... I never understood how my friends could pinpoint their af, mine was always a surprise!
