Briefly- been ttc since november.
Caught first time and was tracking with opk- had surge on CD14 but MC at 7 weeks at xmas.
Jan was again ttc straight from MC and opk showed surge at CD14 again.
This month CD14 was negative and yesterday CD15 was darker in the morning then negative in evening.
This morning it s darker again but still not positive.

I normally have pains in ovulation but nothing yet.

Could i have missed it? Has this happened to anyone?

Attached is this morning s opk

Thank you..

It can fluctuate up and down but not be at Ovulation levels. Keep testing x

@calimommy thanks for your reply.
I keep telling myself that but don’t know why i get so frustrated now.
Also have a start of BV because of so much DTD before supposed ovulation

Haha oh dear we do get ourselves in a knot TTC! It's a pain in the arse tbh. Would every second day suit you? It's also recommended as it gives you a break and lets the semen build back up again. Sperm can live up to a week in the uterus so maybe you have covered your bases already. 🤞

Hi, Can anyone help me? I’ve started using ovulation test strips which I’m finding extremely confusing, I’ve had a test line darker than control line which I believe is positive and the LH surge has begun but is it normal for it to still be quite dark after 24 hours Since LH surge (peak)? I’m very confused as I’ve been told after LH surge 12-24 I should be ovulating but then I’ve been told 48 hours until ovulation now I’m struggling to know what day I’m actually ovulating?! Any help? sad

calimommy · 05/02/2020 23:53

@Deej333 you can have a surge anywhere from a few hours to a few days. Generally they recommend you have sex within the next 24hrs from the first positive OPK. Also as I mentioned above, sperm can survive for up to 5-7 days inside your body. Good luck x

Deej333 · 06/02/2020 00:25

Thank you for replying, I had sex on the 31st, 1st had a break lol then had sex again on 3rd and 4th got my first positive on 4th so should I have sex again after that or is that enough to hopefully conceive? Xx

calimommy · 06/02/2020 00:59

@Deej333 I'd need a crystal ball to answer that tbh! I would probably try to have sex the day you got your first positive or within 24hrs of that.

Michette · 06/02/2020 10:07

And this morning is positive i guess? What do you think?
The app says high 60 but not peak yet!

Serioussllyyyyyy never had such a slow surge. CD17 4 days to gear up.

How often would you test from now?

Also wont treat BV until after ovulation now... i guess. Didnt DTD yesterday for the break.
And yes pain in the arse is an understatement Confused @calimommy
