Unusually light periods and now spotting?

Sooo I thought for sure I was pregnant in Dec, tested too early and got a neg. Then at a week late I was ready to test again and boom AF shows up. Thing is it was unusually light, then Jan had another light period. Just thought it was my body being annoying but now I'm having cramps and what looks like spotting. Also have thrown up a couple of times for no apparent reason. It would be way too late to be spotting so totally confused, I have booked a Dr's appointment but the earliest they had is a month away. Is it actually possible to be this far in and not know that I'm pregnant 😂😂

Lorneshmorne- have you taken a test recently?

I had a very early and very light period at the end of Dec/early Jan. Nothing since then... tests have come back BFN...but I don't know if I believe them...so I'm kind a in the same boat as you. Waiting until weekend to test again. If that is neg and no AF, then I'm booking a dr appt. too.

No I haven't but I'm definately going to grab a test as its driving me mad wondering! I looked it up online and apparently ovulation spotting is a thing, though I've never spotted mid cycle before 🤷‍♀️
