TTC has sent my luteal phase bonkers!

I've been off the pill 18 months. Cycles regular. 27 days mostly, give or take a day. I spot in my luteal phase - varies in severeness depending on month. Usually I know when this is going to happen because my sex drives increases. Never suffer from any pain apart from ovulation pain some months (often get ovulation spotting too).

When AF comes- I usually get a day before of no spotting. I get intense cramps for around 2 hours before AF shows and it lasts about half a day to a full day. After that I don't really get cramps. Once AF is here though, there's no mistaking it. Need a pad straight away.

This month? Mental.
Cramps (bad enough to be very identifiable but not as bad as AF cramps) on Monday afternoon at 10dpo. Lasted about 20 minutes maybe. Followed by red bleeding. It wasn't spotting but it wasn't full on AF either. Lasted a few hours.
Not much yesterday but still spotting.
Today- cramps this morning for a few hours. But only really brown spotting. Tonight- cramps again and now red spotting again. Using a panty liner. No need for more than that.

What on earth is going on?! 😩

AF due Saturday (12dpo today.

I can only assume that TTC has somehow disrupted hormones? This is my 2nd month TTC. Oh and my BBT has been low 2 days now so pretty sure I'm not pregnant.

I don’t think TTC is very likely to disrupt your hormones, but all sorts of other things can e.g. stress, changes in sleep patterns or diet, illness.... probably one of those?
