@babybumpfor2020 feeling for you, I'm 5DPO too and feel I was getting cramps yesterday and sore boobs too, all my usual PMS already sadly!

paintfairy · 24/01/2020 13:43

Do people really get PMS symptoms 5dpo? If implantation occurs at 7-10dpo then it doesn't make sense bodies already prepare for AF at 5dpo? I get sore boobs every month but that can happen when pregnant too. So I'm not sure I'd know with that symptom.

babybumpfor2020 · 24/01/2020 20:04

@paintfairy yes I have mild period pain from about 10-7 days before af arrives, it's how I know it's not my month :-(

Yep me too, 5DPO today and feeling quite crampy. I usually get mild cramps around ovulation and this month they don't seem to have gone away! Today seems a little stronger than usual though 😕

paintfairy · 24/01/2020 20:39

I've got them today (7dpo) but I'm trying to work out if I usually do but never notice! I do spot through my luteal phase though. Being a woman is rubbish. I usually get ovulation cramps as well. So basically you end up with like 7 good days a month?

CooperLooper · 24/01/2020 21:03

@paintfairy ha I know right!! But then I have moments where I realise actually how pretty cool pregnancy and conception and cycles are once you start paying attention to it, so all is forgiven 😊

I suppose it is fascinating. And the fact it seemed to vary so much person to person.
