Best time of day to use OPKs?

Hi all, what time of the day is best to use internet cheapy OPKs? Going for the wondfo LH strips this cycle and decided against the Clear Blue Digital. Any and all advice appreciated! :)

Read the leaflet on yours, but mine say between 10am and 4pm is best, after at least a 2 hour hold.
