Implantation bleeding- am I pregnant?

Hi everyone!
I’ve been experiencing some symptoms recently and I’m not sure whether I’m pregnant or not. Last week I had some bleeding which wasn’t like my period, I only had one very dull cramp like pulling on the first day then pinkish reddish brown blood that lasted 2 days. Much less than my normal one.

This was different to anything I have had before. I also had dizziness and headaches which only lasted for a few days around it. I have not had sore boobs but I have been experiencing more cramps for the past 2 days with no bleeding.

I’ve took 3 pregnancy tests which all came back negative. So not sure at all? Maybe it’s too early.

Finally I must say I have PCOS and came off the pill in November/December 2019. I don’t know when I lay ovulated and because I have PCOS my cycle length varies so much.

Can anyone help me because I’d love it if I was pregnant but don’t want to get my hopes up!

If you're pregnant you'd have a positive pregnancy test my love, I think you've just had a short wonky period. On the bright side though it means you can try again asap!

Hi, thanks for the reply!! Just doesn’t explain the cramping I’ve been having since then and had really bad lower back pain yesterday like when you have a period. I went to see the doctor about it last Wednesday and she said wait 10 days to take a test!

Hey, yeah don’t think I’m pregnant tbh, my bodies been very weird atm since the small amount of bleeding a couple of weeks ago I have now started what feels like my normal period yesterday which if correct my cycles only been 19 days which I’ve never had before! I don’t understand any of it and it’s quite annoying really. Hope yours is not as complicated as mine 😂
