Symptoms at 4-5DPO? Am I going crazy?

So I'm trying to conceive for my 3rd baby, and I had a positive OPK 5 days ago. Yesterday I started getting symptoms of thrush, which I have only EVER had at start of pregnancy. Not only that but I've also got more ahem 'wind' and I'm needing a #2 a lot, which again I've had at the start of both my other pregnancies

Is this even possible or is it a complete coincidence?

Hey im 3 /4 dpo and the gassy and toilet stuff sounds like me yestrtday . I was thinking were they sympthoms but I dont know is it because a rise in progesterone levals is causing it
