Period or implantation - what’s going on??!

Hopeful some of you lovely ladies will have some advice/experience to help me out here.

AF was due 5th Jan (I’m often a couple days late but NEVER early). It arrived 2nd Jan in the morning along with strong cramps. I usually always get AF show up in the evening.

It gets weirder...it seemed normal enough but only lasted 2-3 days and was gone. I’m usually 5-7 at least. I’m wondering why my period was so strange this month? And if that will effect my ovulation date?

Yesterday (6 days after the bleed started) I got a lot of pink CM and took a FRER I had lying about just in case. I think there’s a faint line (pic attached). I don’t know what this means though...was the bleed implantation? Or a chemical perhaps?

All thoughts welcome!

Just realised the lighting in that pic isn't so great. Definitely a faint line IRL though.

I can not give you the answer you are looking for but I had similar thing happen this cycle
7 days befoe at due have
Brown spotting cd22/23/24 then half way though cd24 day turned more of a dark red and a bit heavier but not like normal period
(Also did a cheapie test on cd24 was negative)
@ElizabethBennet3rd
If your cycle has come early it will prob make your ovulation early next time as normally 14days after starting your cycle, I can't really tell from the picture if there is a line Hun. May need to test again in a few more days
Fingers crossed for you

I feel like I am out now my has turned dark red 🙄
