Hi all! I've been charting BBT using Natural Cycles for years now, but have never paid too much attention to the patterns in my charts until now I'm TTC. Looking through my charts I consistently have two temp spikes during my follicular phase - one 4-6 days after AF ends, and then one in the middle of my cycle which my app detects as ovulation. I've attached a screenshot as an example... every month looks almost exactly like this. Does anyone else's temp do this? When I look for example charts online they don't seem to.
The general advice online is that you can't ovulate twice in one cycle, although there is one Canadian study that keeps cropping up that found that about 10% of women do ovulate twice. Have no idea how valid this study is though! Thanks for your help!
