12DPO, pregnancy symptoms but BFN?!

Hi all, I'm about 12DPO and have been having some weird symptoms this cycle like shooting pains in my ovaries, feeling like my nose is going to bleed, twinges, peeing more than usual and sore nipples. I tested this afternoon and had a clear BFN, but I was so sure something was going on. Could it still be too early? I have had these symptoms for about four days now so surely would have implanted already if they were pregnancy-related? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

When is your period due? I had a BFN at first, I tested a few days too early because I had very definite physical changes- my heart rate increased, my nose was running like mad every morning and my nipples had gone really dark and constantly hard (sorry if TMI!) However I had used a cheap test and despite looking at it for a few hours, nothing happened so I threw it in my bedroom bin...couple of days later noticed it was now a BFP (it was just visible and caught my eye) but thought it was probably just due to time lapsed. Did a proper test the day before period due and it was a positive! So yes, you could just be testing too early....good luck to you!
Ps - no idea about implantation as I had no signs of that at all.
