Hi, so please excuse this really long msg but would appreciate help and advice. So..
Last month first cycle on letrozole ttc baby no.1. So all felt really good. One good follicle took trigger shit did TI and all good. Or so I thought. I got a bfp and we were so happy. But unfortunately it looked like a chemical pregnancy and my period arrived couple of days late. Now onto cycle 2 of letrozole and am 6 days away from AF due date. But this evening I started to experience shoulder blade pain and then i remembered how I had this last month too. It was so bad I went to doctor who assumed I had a virus or something and didn't give me painkillers cos I had told him i had just found out i was pregnant. I was in agony and a few short days later I was no longer pregnant and pain subsided shortly after my period. Now I'm wondering if I was ever pregnant and if it was just an ovarian cyst and it's happening again. Does anyone have any experience of this? I was so hopeful this cycle as I had 2 follicles one on each side.
