What is the earliest anyone has had a bfp?

And if it was very early did it then turn out to be twins ?

I know tests are very sensitive now but I’m questioning how early I had a positive and interested to see how early others have

The earliest I've read of was the evening of 8dpo and no not twins. It's all relative as to when the embryo implants.

I did a test about 8dpo and got the faintest ever line, I mean ridiculously faint and only after the specified time but it was there and every day it got darker, no wasn’t twins for me

7dpo Which was confirmed with scan dates. Unfortunately ended in a MMC but it still shocked me to get such a early bfp. It was on a frer, faint but pretty clear.

Thankyou I was just worried as had such an early bfp last week and cannot for the life of me work out the dates

My BFP was at 8/9dpo and also the same day as implantation bleeding, it was a VERY clear positive on a FRER testing in the evening 😊
Definitely wasn’t twins either! X

8dpo, not twins.

Tests these days are very sensitive so people do seem to get reliable bfp results around 8:9 dpo. Could you have ovulated earlier ? Xx

8dpo with this pregnancy. It wasn't dark but most definitely not a squinter.

I’m really not sure I think I must have got a positive at 7/8 dpo then but that seemed impossible although seeing some people have them at 8dpo maybe it’s not so far fetched

@progesterworry I think 7dpo is quite unusual but if it's possible at 8dpo I don't see why it's not possible.

7dpo. Was absolutely certain of my dates (it was 7 days post sex, the only sex we had all cycle) and it was a really faint positive but definitely there. Only tested as I was giving blood that afternoon.

It wasn't twins.

Evening of 8dpo with cramping and spotting, the day wait to confirm with digital was agonising!
