Cycle - would you go by average or last 2 months?

My average is 29 days but last 2 months have been 26 so I'm not sure when I would class myself as late, after day 26 or 29? I came off pill January and my cycle length has been going lower and lower until 26. Just trying to figure out when to test

Are you doing ovulation tests? If your cycles have shortened, you may be ovulating earlier in your cycle. I also had 26 day cycles and was ovulating day 10. I would go by 26 days. Good luck x

@kimadey thanks for that. I haven't done ovulation tests yet. According to my app I ovulated day 13 in oct and Nov and day 16 in December! Late compared to you so I think I will definitely start using ovulations tests, thanks.

@kittycat10 no worries! My app was so out. Defo start using the tests. When I realised I was ovulating earlier than I thought we got caught pregnant that same month! Keep us updated on how you get on x
