Can you get pregnant with no period?please help

So I got my implant out July 28th after having it in 2 months (removal because it made me literally want to kill myself).AF July 30th.. had a chemical pregnancy August 28th.

Since then iv had one period, (October 26th) and nothing since.

DP is absolutely sure he's got me pregnant this month with a few symptoms i have but is it possible without even having a period?
Iv had numerous BFNs , I did one a week ago with was negative.
next AF is due in 4 days.

So is it possible to get ovulate and get pregnant without having a period?

Yes. I hadn't had a9period in 4 years before I fell with ds1

There are various hormonal disorders that cause these symptoms too such as PCOS or thyroid problems. Also if it’s still 4 days till your period is due, how often do you have bleeds? You won’t necessarily test positive until the day you miss your period.
