Could being warmer than normal and having a sore throat be a sign?

I think I'm clutching at straws but I don't have any 'typical' early pregnancy symptoms but I am much warmer when I'm normally so cold and I have a sore throat, both which I read could be a sign. Did anyone have these symptoms as an early pregnancy sign or am I just clutching?

With all due respect, I think you’re clutching at straws. Good luck with your ttc journey though.

Hi op I had a bad throat about 2 weeks ago felt terrible and under the weather thought this could maybe be my month but took period on boxing Day was delayed by 2 days due to the illness. I don't think it's a sign sorry but I know what you mean we hold on to the slightest wee things and convince ourselves xx
