Christmas Day pregnancy announcements

I seen two yesterday, one from my husband and I’s close friends.

We’ve been trying since April and on cycle 11 and still nothing. It’s made me feel a bit gutted as I hoped that would be me. I just feel like it’s never going to happen. I begin spotting 5 days after ovulation without fail so I think this has something to do with it sadly.

Please can anyone share their getting pregnant after several months of trying to cheer me up and give me some hope??

Sorry that’s meant to say “their getting pregnant stories”

I haven't seen any announcements but plenty of bbys first Christmas. I am just starting to spot on my 17th cycle. Feeling totally miserable about it.

Took me 4 years, no medical issues, no particular reason... just waiting for the right little person to come along!

those announcements are really tough and can knock you but keep going, you will get there!
Good luck xx

Also I didn't mean that to sound flippant, I realise it's a tough old road but just wanted to reassure that it's ok if it takes a while, just keep going when the tough times hit... it seems like everyone around you just winks and catches... mine was 50th cycle but now he's snuggled up next to me xx

Took me a year to conceive and then it was ectopic... thought we were out of luck for good as we were already due to see fertility specialists and that was before I was a tube down! Then my best friend announced they were due their second with a due date about 3 days from what mine would have been (This was early december too so not xmas day but christmas all the same) i don't think there were many pieces of my heart left that night.
BUT... i got pregnant the very next month. She's now 16 months old and a little scamp. My little miracle. Hoping for a second now, 3 cycles in ttc and no idea if we will manage it but I'm temping and using opks to try and maximise our chances and leaving it to fate x

Spotting 4 days after ovulation reminds me I was exactly the same- try agnus castus to extend the luteal phase after ovulation to give your body a chance. Good luck!
