What the fuck is going on?

I'm 16dpo, tested negative at 13 and 14dpo (stark white) but AF still hasn't shown up. I haven't had any signs that she's on her way, apart from my cervix being low and hard - although I've heard that's an unreliable way to tell.

I had sore nipples from about 6-12dpo, which is unusual for me, but nothing since then. I had some very weird cramps in the evening of 14dpo (a painful, almost a fizzing sensation), which made me think AF might be arriving, but she didn't.

Has anyone had similar and gone on to get a late BFP, or should I just assume AF is playing tricks and will show up when she chooses?

No advice from myself, but I’ve seen others post that they didn’t get a bfp until a week after af due. Fingers crossed for you 🤞

Same was happening to me. I was 9 days late for AF when I got a barely there positive on an frer.
I think it can go either way if I'm honest. You may have ovulated late and you may or may not have conceived. It's frustrating and I feel your pain. Good luck xx

I got a squinter this afternoon with two hours' worth of wee so think I ovulated later than I thought...will test again tomorrow morning.
