Me again! Been confirmed by gp that my pg test was positive and told me to wait a week and retest but I couldn't help myself and tested again this evening! Line is still there but not getting any darker should I be worried?

No. There are so many variables as to how much HGC is in your urine (time of day / how much you’ve drunk etc etc) that it doesn’t really follow like that.

A line is a line. Could just as likely be that your urine is more diluted then before. Congrats!!

Thank you! My lines on all 4 one step test have been very faint but there and the same with the test I did this evening I'm still doubting it's really there! I was worried incase the line should be darker than what it is by now!

I can see something very very faint. Fingers crossed it'll be darker tomorrow. Have you tried another type of test?

NicoleR14 · 25/12/2019 19:50

Not yet going to get a frer tomorrow and retest on Friday morning! If the line shows on that test I'll give the midwife a call as my doctor said they don't deal with pregnancy anymore. You need to phone the midwife for everything so I was a bit confused! So excited though!

Hey! My advise is to step away from the IC's. Mine were getting lighter, I did a FRER and had a very clear line and a positive digital. I'll attach photos for you to see. I binned my ICs after this, they caused me so much panic! Also my FMU isn't strong at all, I seem to surge late afternoon or early evening for a best result on a pregnancy test. Congratulations and keep us updated xx

Hi ladies, same here... not been confirmed by GP yet, as only 9DPO today, but 4 daily test ( 6-7-8-9 DPO) show no progression, I am so worried as this has happened before ( however line faded on the 3rd test before and this time line is consistent 4 days in a row).
Photo attached, but today's test is missing- it's the same line again.

@SunnyFlover your testing very early, give it a week or at least 48 hours and then try again!

NicoleR14 · 26/12/2019 09:34

Thank you for the advice! Going to buy a frer and a digital today and take them later or tomorrow the lines disappeared even more this morning! Starting to get a bit worried but trying not to stress but af is 6 days late and gp deffo thinks the lines is there so I'm trying to stop stressing over it being true!

Those look positive to me congratulations! I'd give it another few days and retest to make sure it's really there!

@cookielove thank you , I am trying to stay level headed. Travelled abroad for Christmas and stupidly took a full bag of FRER tests... it's there, so I can't stop myself from testing each morning. The 4th test, that is today's and not on the photo is slightly darker, compared to the one, taken 48 hours earlier - progression can be seen, so will stop worrying. I was so good this month, daily kale and spinach juices, additional vitamins, no alcohol ( sooo tough at Christmas!!!!) . Praying this one sticks
