The lines are a bit faint. Could they be evap lines?

I’ve had a bit of brown spotting today.

Looks like you are pregnant to me.. and I'm rubbish at seeing lines. I also don't think they are faint !

ThatsMySantaHisBeardIsSoFluffy · 24/12/2019 18:41

They are known for those. But your tests aren't victim to them. Congratulations!

kimadey · 24/12/2019 19:10

Defo positive, congrats! Ps, I also had slight cramps when peiod was due but this is normal. May just be ligaments adjusting x

Selfsettling3 · 24/12/2019 19:12

Definitely pregnant. Cramping and spitting are normal early pregnancy symptoms.

Is this what you wanted for Christmas?

Onionpeeler · 24/12/2019 19:16

Congratulations. Looks like Christmas Day has come early. Best have a quick read of the nhs advice on foods you should avoid - there is not many but a few Christmas favourites.

Onionpeeler · 24/12/2019 19:18

Just don’t understand why the lines aren’t darker so I’m very wary.

A dark line doesn't mean more pregnant! A line is a line even if barely visible.

Congratulations!

Selfsettling3 · 24/12/2019 19:23

Because you are only just pregnant and have lower amount of pregnancy hormones. Many pregnant women would get a negative result at this stage.

I know early pregnancy is tricky but don’t take anymore tests as they can’t tell you any. If you were to have a miscarriage it can take up to six weeks to then get a negative test.

You can get private reassurance scans from 6 weeks but look up the relative risk of having a miscarriage after 6 weeks. I personally would wait until 7 or 8 weeks.
