Heeelp!! 12DPO and BFN. Please share your BFN and then BFP?

Heeeelp!! Tested this morning at 12DPO and got BFN on a FRER!
I'm starting to get pessimistic for this cycle, but maybe because I really wish to see that second line!
When I was pregnant with my son, it wasn't planned and I did the test after AF was late, and remember the second line was faint. I don't know if it's because I have low hCG or I'm just out this cycle...

@tripnbird I feel your pain. 12dpo for me too and BFN on FRER. Sadly I don't think this is my month 😔 wishing you luck x

Hello ladies, I'm the same and feeling your frustration. AF is now 5 days late and every test is bfn. Haven't tested today yet but I know it will be BFN feeling so fed up :( I hope we get some good news soon x

I know that we're not out until AF shows up. But it's just frustrating.. have your cycles been regular? Mine is regular and due in 2 days.. I really should hold myself to not test until then, but I just caaaaan't.. this TWW is horrendous!!! Fingers and toes crossed for all of us here!!

@tripnbird my cycles haven't been regular. We started trying to conceive October 2018, I'd had been diagnosed with endometriosis and had a laparoscopy in December 2018, around August I had a follow up with my
Gynae consultant and she referred me to fertility consultant for tests as we hadn't fallen pregnant. Test showed I wasn't ovulating. So was advised 6 rounds of Clomid and then IVF if not successful. So I'm on my first cycle of Clomid. X

I tested negative 10 days PO didn't get a positive until I'd missed my period. Hang in there xxx

@tripnbird thank you. My cycle averages around 31 days. However in October my period didn't come till cd 35. I suppose that could still be the case here. I'm crampy but it's different to AF cramps. I've become obsessed though and symptom checking like mad. I wish we could just unzip ourselves and look inside.. I've just done a test I want to see a line so badly i think I can see one but it's so faint it really could be my eyes. I will post it see if you can see anything. Sending you both baby dust let's hope we get our BFPs soon x

When I had a bfp I'd tested bfn at dpo 11,12 and 13 then quite a strong line at 14 dpo so it can happen and the line can kinda come over night, I guess really until af comes your not really out xx

@JadeS174 oh i'm so sorry to hear that, but I'm still crossing my fingers for you on your Clomid first cycle!!!! having heard your story, now I feel like a whiner

@sarahc336 Thanks, Sarah! This TWW really is a rollercoaster; between 'feeling pregnant but see a BFN' and 'just bring in AF so I can try again'

@tripnbird oh don't say that. You're definitely not a whiner. We are all in different situations but it doesn't make our want to get pregnant any different. We are all in the same boat!

I've been regular, give or take a day since coming off my pill, I've been really lucky to be honest because my body really knows when to tell my my AF is coming and they stay consistent. I know some women and they end up all over the place! @sarahc336 you have restored my hope in getting a BFP! I've tested and got a BFN on day 7,9&10DPO so now I'm really hoping I miss my period! Due Christmas/Boxing Day so fingers crossed I get the best pressie ever and get a BFP! 🤞🤞🤞

Just want to update you ladies that I'm currently at 13BFP and still BFN (using cheapies). I thought I'm not going to use FRER until at least seeing a faint line in those cheapies, even though the cheapies' sensitivity is 10hCG and FRER could read up to 6.5hCG.
Still crossing my fingers and toes; it could be that I got my O day wrong too as I didn't do the O test on the predicted day, which I hope that would be the case.
However counting down to my AF, it should arrive in 1-2 days.. really starting to lose hope

13DPO is still pretty early. I wouldn’t worry.

I’m currently 20DPO with BFN but I think AF will arrive soon.

I think when you are TTC your body can be cruel.

@Lolastanley soo true! When TTC the worst bit is this TWW. My cycle is usually 27-28 days, so AF could arrive tomorrow.. I'm just hoping that I ovulated later than the prediction (not too late, of course!), and all those BFNs were just because it's too early..
Just really hoping to see that second line! >.

@Lolastanley oh 20DPO!! What's your usual cycle? Crossing my fingers for you for that second line, too!!

@tripnbird normally 26, has been 28 at most. Super annoying, I’m fairly sure I’d of had a BFP already if I was.. tried with FRER and cheapies, something else must be going on.

@Lolastanley yeah... I suspect that it could've been the stressing over this TWW

Thought I had a vvvvfl on tests 10 & 11dpo but BFN on FRER today at 12dpo.

Had some pink tinged CM this afternoon but nothing since. Feel like I’m out, due on Christmas Day.

Hoping for a Christmas miracle but reckon it will be a Christmas AF!

@LosingtheTTCplot I second that! But I'm really still hoping for even the tiniest miracle would change how I would spend this Christmas...
Either 'drinking excessively' or 'having early nights for the next 9 months'

Ok so I tested this morning on a FRER, and I thought I was crazy or it's just another mind tricks... but I saw vvvvvvvv faint line..
DH confirmed that, too.. but I still can't believe it! What do ladies think?

I am 39 and a mom. My fiancé and I are TTC because we want a child together and he has two but wants another. I am 12dpo and tested this morning and got a BFN on clear blue digital. AF is due in 3 days but I started with light pink spotting on 10dpo and it still has not picked up. I wear panty liners but there’s barely anything there. I’m hoping we got this right this time. Any advice on when to test again or do anyone have a similar experience?

So hey 👋 everyone I'm new here been ttc 5 mos and my period started 5/4/23 and was only 3 days instead of 5 then on cd 19 I started bleeding for 4 days I'm not sure if it was implantation or my period comming 10 days early my cycle is always regular so this is a big surprise oh and I tested bfn 😔😔😔 I believe I'm 12dpo my period is due in. 2 days and I'm so nervous and confused I truly don't think af is comming I think my cycle started over and I'm waiting on ovulation has this happened to anyone? Hope you don't mind me jumping on I have felt like AF is coming for the last 3 days no sign cramps and sore boobs lots of pressure on my uterus, can anyone see this line ? I think I am due on Friday I am 12dpo this wasn't an early detection test it was the rapid 1 minute that you're meant to use when you're late but I misread the box xxx
