Morning everyone, just wondering if anyone else has experienced problems with these tablets? I took them before my first pregnancy but got pregnant during the first cycle then so noticed no issues.

I've been taking them for a couple of months now and have had terrible heavy/prolonged periods. (Completely out of the norm for me...normally light and over in 3 days) This month I'm now on cycle day 16 and still having spotting from my last period.

Have obviously stopped them in case there's some link but did anyone else have any similar problems?

Morning @itsbeenalongtime! This is interesting because I'm taking these and my periods have been a bit worse than normal whilst ttc. I actually phoned the GP about it because I thought the process of ttc was making them worse. It hadn't occurred to me that the supplements could been having an impact.

It's the only thing I've changed, wasn't on the pill etc. Off them now so I'll see what happens this month.

@itsbeenalongtime I haven't used the Seven Seas supplements but I did use the wellwoman ones and my cycle went from a regular 26 days to 21 the first month I used them. It may have been a coincidence but I switched to plain folic acid after that
