Ovulation Xmas week

Anyone else due to ovulate week of Xmas? Think I'm due to ovulate around 24-26th, anyone else in the same boat?

Ttc #3 cycle #2 and I am 34, I feel now I am older like there is more pressure than when I had my others, youngest is now 8 so feels like it all new over again

Will test when af due 12 jan, if I last that long 😁

Not sure when ovulate trying not to over think it and go with the flow

so after send OH sent to get frer he forgot so we end up doing a cheap one with a bfn but last night i had really bad cramps think my af was ready to turn up this morning but nothing 😳 other than a cold 🤧so just got to wait i guess see if af turn up on saturday or before
when does these cheap test strip suppose register dpo ?

@Mrslane2019 I hope it's not a bug and hoping it will go away soon! Aww no, well cheap tests are normally 20mIU (well that's the level mine test at) where as first response is 6.5 I think? Which is why they say it can be done 6 days before your af is due

so my work let us finish early today so mange to stop on my way home a bfn for me 10 dpo :-( start the new year a fresh

@Mrslane2019 10dpo is still early, don't count yourself out until af makes an appearance. Fingers crossed for you!

@Mrslane2019 10dpo is still pretty early, I got two of my bfps at 11dpo, and had bfns at 10dpo. Implantation typically occurs between 6 and 10dpo, so if you implanted today you'll only just have started producing hcg.
You're not out until af appears! Also, testing in the afternoon you won't have such a concentration as using fmu? I'd try again in a couple of days (Actually I would try again in the morning as I have no patience, and a poas addiction!).

thanks guys for your support i might do one tomorrow then just leave it and see what happen
then maybe we need to book an appointment at doctor this would be are 8 month ttc with my little boy i had my implant out and fell straight away so we are very lucky
but this time is seem long hard road with no end

i did another test yesterday bfn on frer so i’m going to wait until saturday i’m really struggling with sleep at the moment for last week it not going to sleep but it staying a sleep then take me 2 hr to go back probably my mind over run but normally sleep like a log

Bfn today, only 8dpo so too early really, so not unexpected but still a bit of a bummer! Will test again in a couple of days I guess if af doesn't show.
Getting cramps, headaches, and have got thrush now, so want to know if I'm pg or if I can take caneston!

Hi everyone! Hope I can join too! I'm new to mumsnet and dont understand all the abbreviations yet 😂.
We have just started TTC #1 after being together 10 years and getting married earlier this year. I have been tracking my periods for over a year just on the fitbit app, which for me has been very accurate but unsure whether the ovulation side of it is correct. According to the app I was due to ovulate between 24th and 30th december. We have been DTD since just before these dates. Excited and nervous but having fun at the same time 😁

@Blondie7187 I'm 9 DPO today and had a BFN this morning. I've felt sick since 6 DPO so will retest in a day or two if AF doesn't arrive

Hi @Small1607, nausea is not as bad today so maybe it was just a sick tummy I had! This symptom spotting would driving you mad...I would love to take a test at the weekend but afraid it won't be what I'm looking for. AF is due the 10th feels like so far away! 🙈

@Blondie7187 i was almost sick with the smell cleaning the cat box earlier and could hardly eat my dinner. Tempted to go to the supermarket and pick up a 1st response for the morning 🙈

I did a frer this morning at 9dpo and BFN so going to try CB early test tomorrow morning 10Dpo and hope for a faint BFP 🤞🏻 just to give me the slightest bit of hope!

@Sadie95 we are cycle buddies this month! Fingers crossed for one of us! My cycles vary, 34, 44 so this month when I got passed 34 i changed my app settings to 44 to reajust everything. Will use OPK next month if no BFP this time round! I've got a cheapy test i can try again tomorrow morning

@Small1607 aw yay! You will have to let me know how you get on 😊 this is my first cycle since having my coil removed so I'm not entirely sure how long my cycle actually is but I used opk this cycle so I knew when I was ovulating

@Sadie95 I'll let you know over the next few days! We've been trying 6 months now, next cycle will be our last to make sure i fit in my wedding dress next year 😂 then we can start again

still haven’t test after 1st jan but af due tomorrow so hopefully we know either way by the weekend and start a fresh

@Mrslane2019 BFN for me this morning but I am 10dpo so trying not to loose hope yet! I am going to try and not test now until af due (8th Jan). Are you testing if af doesn't show?
