Unsure on who the father is...

found out that I was pregnant on the 16th September. I can’t fully remember my lmp but I think it was around 18-19th August. I had sex with one partner on the 25 and 26th August and then I slept with someone else on the 8th September.

I am 17 weeks today and my Edd is 26th May 2020.. I had a private gender scan at 16+3 and she placed my edd at 23rd May 2020.

Can anyone help on who is most likely the father? Obviously it isn’t something I’ll take as gospel but I have no idea and my head is all over the place.

Usually you get pregnant quickly after ovulation so its from sperm following sex within the previous 4-5 days. Do you remember when your last period was?

Thankyou for your reply! I’m completely unsure I think because I’m stressed it’s making it harder to remember... it worked out from my scans that it would have been 19/20 August I didn’t have one after this date so it’s sounds around right. I can’t believe I’m in this mess :(

Then most likely the 8th September

From my dates it says I ovulated 1/2 September which is confusing because it’s right between the two dates

If you ovulated on the 1/2 Sep then 8 Sep would have probably been too late, the August dates just about. All depends on timings sperm can survive for several days but the egg will be lost by 1 day after ovulation so sex any time more than a day later is probably too late.

That’s what I thought but even the August one seems a push.. my first due date was put at 26th may 2020 and then I had one at a clinic on 13/12/19 and she said she put me at 23rd may 2020. Obviously the due date hasn’t been changed as the hospital go by their own

Thankyou.. I tried it by putting my due dates in and it’s still the 2nd which is too far after the first and too far in front of the second 😫

Sounds more likely to be the August man, but the due dates are also estimates. It may be that DNA is the only way you'll be able to tell.
