Early signs I’m pregnant

We did the deed on 11 December (smiley face day on my ovulation stick) and the following day. Since then I’ve been getting cramps and the last few days I’ve been getting waves of nausea. I don’t know if I’m just thinking too much into it but I’m desperate to take a test but everything I read says to take a test the day after your period is supposed to start.
Anyone took a test 5 days after the deed and had a positive test or should I just grit my teeth and wait?

That's far too early, I wouldn't test until a day or two before period is due but best time is really after period is due

I really hope they aren't the early signs!!! I'm hoping I have a stomach bug. We were being careful

Far far too early. Wait until your period is 3 days late and test then.

Wait until it’s at least 2 days late. My signs for both of mine were a metallic taste in my mouth, needing to pee much more often and my boobs felt rock solid. But everyone is different.

It's very unlikely for sickness to be pregnancy related after 5 days as most people don't implant until 7-12 days

Wait until a missed period.

Just to throw my 2 pennies worth it, in the months I thought I was pregnant I got all the signs, aches, sore boobs Lower back pain etc and I wasn't pregnant, both times I was actually in fact pregnant I got hardly any signs

@Lorddenning1 I found the exact same thing weirdly, when I was pregnant I had no pmt and no cramping etc and then when I wasn't pregnant I'd be like ooh cramps, sore boobs, irritable etc etc. Ttc is just weird!!!
