Pregnancy symptoms right after period

So I have just had my period, 4th one after my miscarriage. It was 7 days long which is normal for me since the mc. I have had pg symptoms for the last couple of days. Sore nipples and crazy dreams, the same one about water. Going for a wee more often and feeling nauseous/ having an upset stomach.
Is it even possible to be pregnant or be having symptoms this close to my period? I feel so odd. Ilis this just a coincidence? I don't want to buy a test if it's not even possible I'm pregnant!

Thanks in advance.

I don't want to get your hopes up but some women do continue to have normal monthly cycles even when pregnant- I think it is fairly rare though. Could be worth doing a test just in case though x

I was pregnant and had a normal period (similar to you, i had all the symptoms and couldn't think what else it was!) It turned out to be ectopic, but some rare women do have periods throughout pregnancy. I also had quite heavy spotting/ bleeds at times through a normal pregnancy so some bleeding can happen and all be ok. Best thing to do is take a test and see!

@Bailey93 How did the test go? Xx

It was negative! It's made me so confused. But has made me less anxious knowing. Thank you so much
For asking!
