So I’m 41. 1 DC aged 15 months. DH is 36.
Got pregnant first time in July 17, aged 38 but we lost that baby by MMC at 9.5 weeks. Got pregnant again 4th try, by this time 39, resulted in DC.
Taken us until 2 months ago to start trying for number 2. I’d like 3 but DH has said 1 more only and, to be fair, we’ll be lucky to have 1 more given my age.
Since DC my periods been all over place. I now often get a “period” lasting around 10 days, though only 3 days are proper period and rest (before and after) are spotting.
Plus some very short cycles (22/23 days, rest around 27/28). Having an ultrasound on 3 Jan as doc saying not normal so needs to be checked out.
Not sure why I’m posting, guess to see if anyone else had similar but this month I’m not pregnant and cycle was only 22 days. Not had a proper period, just 8 days of spotting (loads of pg tests done and all BFN!) started OPK again today and it’s a bloody flashing smiley so we need to get at it again but I’m still spotting. Just sick of it being all over the place and bloody worries as really really want another DC and feel time running out
