8DPO - AF cramps come and go

I've had light cramps consistently from my ovulation date until 7DPO, my cramps disappeared and came back more like intense period cramps today (8DPO). Thighs and back ache, for the past 3 days I've had an increase in chocolates (not usually a chocolate person), my nipples were sore from ovulation and stopped at 7DPO. Felt snappy all day with OH over silly things. PMS symptoms or could it be implantation cramps? Hmm
