Hello everyone!
Creating a new group for ladies testing December 26-30th. This is cycle 2 TTC#1 for me. Last time I had a miscarriage but in a very early stage, most probably due to low progesterone levels. This time I am following a fertility nutrition plan and drinking Agnus castus and today is CD6.

Oh also @Newbie0818 how many days are you late now? How are you feeling about it all at this stage? I think most of us are now looking forward to the new year, by the end 2020 statistically like 90% of us will be pregnant so i always try and bare that one in mind at wobbly times

Unicornsparklez · 27/12/2019 17:30

@ChampooPapi that’s a very positive way to think about it! I love that! Fx for you in January! Star

xxA08x · 27/12/2019 18:47

@fizzyheart amazing! I can definitely see a line without even zooming in!! So pleased for you 💗 are you going to test again?

@Newbie0818 hopefully you get your positive soon & AF stays away!

@ChampooPapi me too, arrived today 😔 2020 will be our year!!! ❤️

So after all my weird symptoms the last week AF arrived today. This was my first cycle tracking ovulation, and has shown me that my luteal phase only lasted 11 days so I’m a bit worried about that. I used IC opk’s so I think for the next cycle I’m gonna try the clear blue digitals instead. X

ChampooPapi · 27/12/2019 19:11

@fizzyheart huge congratulations to you, sorry I've only really just been catching up. You must be so happy, how long were you trying for? What a magical feeling to ring the new year into.

The more positives stories the better on here 💜👣

Hey @Unicornsparklez how are you feeling about the new year? What CD are you on?

@xxA08x oh bum, how long are your cycles normally? Looks like we are AF buddies whether we like it or not 😂 let's go into this together, only a week or so and we can begin again though.

Newbie0818 · 27/12/2019 19:48

@ChampooPapi I know what you mean, I can’t really talk to anyone about ttc so it’s nice to be on here and talk to others who are going through the same thing. Stay strong Star

I’m not really sure when I ov’d as I’ve only had one natural af since coming off the pill in August. That af started on the 26.11.19 so I guess I’m on CD 31? Not sure if my cycle is super irregular or not, but I’m really hoping otherwise. I suppose I’m feeling frustrated because of not knowing my cycle but we’ve only just started trying in this last cycle so I’d be greedy to say I’m expecting good news so quick haha! Do you have any other children?

fizzyheart · 27/12/2019 20:03

Thank you ladies, I'm still in shock, but very happy.

@xxA08x I took another test this afternoon- a first response test and the line was much stronger.

@ChampooPapi this is the first month we have tried for a baby. I'm 35 in the next couple of weeks, so I'm surprised at the positive result.

Sending lots of positive vibes for lots of 2020 babies.

ChampooPapi · 27/12/2019 20:20

@Newbie0818 my AF also started on 26th of November so today would be your cd32 I think. It's turned into CD 1 for me with the arrival of my period this morning though. I am very lucky to have two daughters with my partner already.

It's been hard at times after the miscarriage I had in October but it is much easier when you have other children as not only do you know you can get pregnant but their company helps so much.

It is really hard to know your cycle at this stage but saying that even if you did know , cycles can change even when they are regular as clockwork. I really hope it works out for you, it is really consuming and actually since you came of birth control it's been a good few months.

Everything crossed for you 🌟

Newbie0818 · 27/12/2019 21:56

Thanks for your kind words @ChampooPapi Smile I will keep waiting and maybe take another test in a few days if still no af.

I can’t imagine how it feels after a mc, but like you said you know you can conceive and have two other beautiful children to keep your spirits up. Everything crossed for you too Flowers

Unicornsparklez · 27/12/2019 22:06

@ChampooPapi CD36 for me! Patiently waiting for AF to arrive. Can’t bare to see another BFN yet so avoiding the HPTs. Did one xmas day and bfn I shall wait until after CD39 now of af doesn’t come before.

Longest cycle I’ve had since stopping pill in May is 39 days so maybe just a long month.

Feeling hopeful about 2020 though, hope you are too. Dust to all! ✨

Crazymummyto3 · 28/12/2019 00:14

I'm now on cd27. Since stopping the pill my cycles have varied so I don't really know when to test? They've been 27, 28, 33 and 33 days. Should I assume my cycles are 33 days as that's what the previous two have been? I know my sensible head says wait until cd33 to test, but I don't think a 'sensible head' is such a thing when FTC!!

Crazymummyto3 · 28/12/2019 06:38

I've caved already 🙈 but got a very faint pink line! It's definitely there, definitely pink and came up straight away. I don't trust it though as I've had faint lines on IC tests before which haven't been BFPs so I promised myself I wouldn't use them again, but this one is stronger than any of the other ones. I'm on cd27 and my cycles have varied between 27 and 33 days. This month I got positive OPKs on 19th December but it stayed positive for 3 days, so I don't even know if I would be far enough along to get a BFP yet anyway??

I've got a couple of FRER in the cupboard but don't really want to use those until I think it's a real line / closer to AF. Arrrgh, why do I do this to myself every month??!!

Newbie0818 · 28/12/2019 08:27

It’s so annoying when you don’t know how long your cycle is going to be! I really want to test again but going to hold out as I cant see another one liner again.
@Crazymummyto3 that’s definitely a pink line! I’d wait a couple days and do another cheapie, and if it’s the same/ stronger do a FRER. Definitely can see it! Fx x

Crazymummyto3 · 28/12/2019 10:21

@Newbie0818 I really hope so, would be the best end to 2019/start to 2020 🤞I just don't trust the tests though so don't know why I've done it to myself but don't think it would be strong enough to show up on a FRER yet 😩

Newbie0818 · 28/12/2019 11:30

@Crazymummyto3 yes, perhaps give it another few days/ a week and try again. Fx for you Star

Newbie0818 · 28/12/2019 11:32

I think I’m out ladies Confused af has turned up. I think at least. I’ve only seen light pink when wiping so far (tmi sorry).
Any tips for tracking ovulation for next month?

HalfPenny28 · 29/12/2019 12:15

Think I'm out too - started spotting ahead of af tomorrow and got bfn today.

ChampooPapi · 29/12/2019 12:51

@HalfPenny28 @Newbie0818 really sorry to hear that you guys are out this cycle too. How are you both doing? This is not a great time is it 😞 cd3 myself and seriously wallowing today. Will get out in a bit outdoors and pull myself together though 💪

ChampooPapi · 29/12/2019 12:52

@Unicornsparklez any sign of AF?

ChampooPapi · 29/12/2019 12:53

@Unicornsparklez or are you testing again today! 🙏

HalfPenny28 · 29/12/2019 13:00

@ChampooPapi as much as I'd like to pretend I'm okay I am 100% fed up.

Just don't understand why this isn't happening!

I don't know why some people get pregnant at the drop of a hat but others it takes ages! I'm just so disappointed every month.

How're you feeling?

Newbie0818 · 29/12/2019 14:09

@ChampooPapi I’m ok, November was our first month ttc so I can’t really expect things to happen so fast. Plus I realise now that my cycle is longer than I anticipated, so I’ve started tracking it on the Flo app now I’ve had two natural af’s. We had a week off of DTD last month after I thought I’d ov’d, but going to try doing it a day on and day off throughout in Jan and see how that goes.

@HalfPenny28 I know what you mean. Before we decided to try last month I had no clue that getting pg was so hard! I’ve only ever known people to get pg by accident and i just assumed it would be easy peasy - no chance Envy.

Hopefully we’ll all have some new year luck x

Unicornsparklez · 29/12/2019 14:46

@ChampooPapi no AF yet. CD38 today. Haven’t tested since Xmas day. Decided not to put myself through it again until after day39 since that’s the longest cycle I’ve ever had. That was back in August when my cycles went crazy regulating after the pill. I have had symptoms this month that I’ve never had in any of my other months since TTC but I know how easy it is to read into symptoms when you really want it so trying not to read too much into it. How are you?

ChampooPapi · 29/12/2019 20:03

Thank goodness for you amazing women that's all I can say!.

@Newbie0818 @Unicornsparklez @HalfPenny28 oh I've been terrible today as well, f-ing shit quite frankly. I'm currently laying in bed kind of mad laughing as well as feeling incredibly depressed about the whole bloody process. I am a chronic swinger between feeling incredibly lucky and positive for a few days, then melting into what I call 'the dark black hole of doom'. That's me right now.

I think wallowing really helps, and not drinking alcohol also helps so hit that on the head now for early dry January stating today. Will continue to wallow today and probably tomorrow but by Tuesday I promise normal positive service will resume.

I will be smashing January and feeling lucky to be alive, a parent, and healthy, but right now... Hiding under the duvet feeling sorry for myself feels so right.

@Unicornsparklez so your looking at testing new years Eve basically, goodness I can't say much more then 🤞 but I really think your wise not testing untill then or later, I mean how many negative tests does one really need to see. Please update us when you do, we are here for you

Newbie0818 · 29/12/2019 21:47

@ChampooPapi I think it’s completely normal to need some wallowing days! You need to let yourself feel all the emotions associated with this, even the bad ones. Our minds need an outlet every now and then. Healthy mind, healthy body.

Positivity can resume in January Wink stay strong Star and keep your head up because joy happens when we least expect it to Star

ChampooPapi · 30/12/2019 12:38

Thanks @Newbie0818, your absolutely right about that. Joy happens when you least expect it now obviously welling up, your a blumin star you are 🤗
