Thinking of starting to temp advice needed

I am about to start cycle 6 after AF arrived early. I have put off temping so far as worried about getting obsessed and have been using clear blue opk. This month AF arrived 10 DPO which has worried me so wanting to temp to confirm ovulation

Any advice to get me started that wont cost me a small fortune? Thanks

Hi @Trying2019 I have just started, I just bout a cheap thermometer from amazon.

As far as I’m aware you have to do it first thing before getting up and doing anything.... and at roughly the same time xx

Hi @Trying2019, I used temping to TTA and TTC and learned so much. Get yourself a cheap digital thermometer and a good app - I recommend Kindara as it has a community where you can share your chart and ask questions etc. I also found 'taking charge of your fertility' by Toni Weschler incredibly helpful, it's like a FAM bible and you can read everything up easily.
