well both really. My period just isn't arriving. Got lower back pain on and off and a little bit of cramping sometimes. Going to the loo a lot but it's hot here so I'm drinking a lot (live overseas). Now CD 36, last period was 32 and am normally under 35 days. No sore boobs or sickness or tiredness particularly. I quite often feel period about to start but nothing. creamy cm..not even spotting. It's driving me mad. I just have to do a test don't I? Is it too early to test as I don't really even know if I'm late yet? I'm symptom spotting aren't I?

I'd give the doctor a ring just to check. As cbcb said, it works differently in different areas so you'd be wise to check what happens in your area.

Thanks everyone. It feels so unreal. I'm still having slight cramps occasionally a bit like period is coming. That's normal is it? No sore boobs or sickness or anything else. Should count myself lucky I suppose

well this year I'd had cycles of 35, 36, 32, 39,, 37, 37, 32, 32 but the really long ones were in the run up to the wedding so I think that's why they went a bit haywire. I tested this morning on cd 37 cos last one had been 32. I was really surprised cos have been having mild cramps and backache since last Friday and was convinced af was on its way. However I usually get a bit of spotting or at least cm changes colour a day or two before af and this month it didn't at all. The line came up instantly when I did the test.

Sort of but I don't want to tell anyone, not even parents til it's a bit further on so it's kind of like this huge thing but you can't tell anyone! Ordered a book about pregnancy off amazon today. I suppose it all feels a bit weird cos I don't feel AT ALL pregnant.
