I'm new to Mumsnet and just wanted to share a few weird symptoms I'm having to see if you think they could point to either pregnancy or potentially something a bit more gloomy like PCOS!
I'm 27 and recently married, we aren't currently trying to conceive but it's not far off and so I'm pretty in tune with my cycle. I have a generally 33 day-ish cycle, but every now and again it decides to go off and be sometimes in excess of 45 days.
This cycle I noticed that about a week after I would have ovulated, provided it wasn't a dud cycle, I had some dark brown spotting that continued to be there when I wiped for about 2 days which has never happened before.
This was weird so I've been keeping a closer eye and for the last 7 days (CD 26-33) I've had quite a lot of ewcm. This is also weird as it's normally pretty dry around the time AF is due. Today at work I've been having some aches that I would normally associate with AF arriving, usually after feeling these aches my period arrives within the hour but after getting to a bathroom it's just a great lot of ewcm again!
There's nothing else that would point to pregnancy, my boobs aren't sore, I don't feel sick. I'm tired but I haven't been sleeping well.
I haven't taken a test yet as I am only due AF today and don't want to surprise DH over nothing. I was just wondering if anyone had experienced anything similar and what it turned out to be, if anything!
