Tried one this morning as per instructions but it was blank! Nothing happened.
It was within date, stored in a drawer in its protective packaging.
As they're not exactly the cheapest on the market, I gave their UK helpline a call. Provided the reference number etc and they said they would sent one out today if not Monday.
Good customer service! Just thought I'd share incase anyone else has experienced similar issues.
