It’s so bloody frustrating isn’t it! I’m fed up. It’s hard trying to get dp to want to dtd on the right days...

Does this look like I have a good chance, or unlikely? Dtd on CD 13 and 16 but unlikely to have Ov’d until CD 18/19 - got peak on CD17 but sore nipples and ew on CD18/19. Give it to me straight gals!

Id guess that the cd16 has the best shot as it was within the 5 days before.. the cd13 might have been a little early. It only takes the one little bugger so fingers crossed for you xx

I know how you feel, it is frustrating. I am currently TTC number one. I can't advise as I'm in the same boat with getting DH to feel 'up to it' and I felt like (not in a horrible way) that my DH is like the only man who is like 'Not tonight I'm tired' . He does work long shifts but I don't think he realises we have a short window. Not understanding Ovulation myself isn't helping me though . It's so confusing, I have no idea what my cycles are as I hadn't had a period in donkeys years as I had the Mirena and it stopped my periods. I still ovulated though as I had a scan to find my missing coil (!!) and she said when Iw as there that I had just ovulated. I was like idk what that even means haha. I hope you hit the jackpot , fingers crossed for you xx

I find the ovia apps really useful, I used them last time and you fill in symptoms and tests etc and it gives you little insights about where you are in your cycle and there are articles explaining what different things mean and how conception works.
I started with my mucus and symptoms i had through the month then did tests to see when I ovulated and then started on temperature last time I was ttc. It's easy to get caught up in it though so I'm just using cm and how my body is doing this time round! Its helpful to know what aches etc are normal so you can identify new or unusual symptoms if you are pregnant.

I'm sure there are many people on here able to offer advice for any questions you have.

When did you have the coil out? The ovulation tests might be useful for you if you arnt getting periods to then track part of your cycle x

Thanks ladies. I just wish we could dtd for 3 days straight over Ov time but it’s too hard work...I can’t bear the thought of it being mechanical and just for one reason so I don’t tell dh it’s “the right time”. Maybe I should? I just didn’t want to add any pressure but when we only manage it once I spend the tww thinking we’ve not got a great chance Blush Eugh, I hate ttc!

@TwinkleStars15
I am exactly the same as you! I try not to tell my other half during Ovulation as I don't want to add additional pressure to doing the deed.

Keep doing what your doing and hopefully our time will come!

Sending lost of baby dust your way 💜
