Anyone else hate their job but TTC, feel so trapped!

Hi, I’ve been in my job for 8mths now and it’s mind numbing, I feel like I’ve gone down the ladder! I’ve been undergoing ivf fet and was pregnant then feeling trapped in this job but I then ended up having a chemical few weeks back. Heart broken decided to go with fet2 in couple weeks but honestly, not sure how long I can take this job and at 41 not sure if it’ll ever work......but then what if it does and then I lose my mat leave with current place!

Really don’t know what to do.

Any coping mechanism I could try whilst I battle through trying to conceive?

Is it the job or are you feeling (understandably) low and unmotivated and that’s being reflected in your work? Is there anyone you can talk to there i.e. HR or a line manager? Can you switch teams/tasks? Can you change hours/days to suit you better?

Obviously if there is a serious problem like bullying/conflict then that needs addressing and you should definitely consider leaving. But the issue might be fixable or at least made more bearable.
