So update ladies! I have started symptom spotting today 😂 7DPO, temperature dip, bit nauseas, EWCM and cramping! I had been so good up until now at not symptom spotting 🙈

@Lizziedu49 Good signs! It's so hard not too symptom spot. So do they say your temp will drop if you are pregnant? I'm new to TTC and not taken temps before.

I've had a quite a bad headache all day and although it's probably not that unusual for me, I'm thinking could this be a sign?!

@FingersCrossedXXX it's a triphasic chart if you're pregnant. So the first phase before ov is regular temp and then it dips for a day before ov and then for the 2nd phase goes higher than it was in the 1st. Then can dip for implantation and the theory is that if it then goes even higher than it ever was you could be pregnant! If you're not pregnant your temperature drops before AF. I quite like temping

Morning ladies, CD12 for me and I got a flashing smiley on the OPK.
DTD last night with preseed so hoping that will be okay til tomorrow as no chance I'm getting it from DH tonight lol

@Lizziedu49 I like temping as well :) when j was pregnant (ended in mc) it made me prompt to test as at 12dpo my temps were increasing when usually they would be starting to decrease ag that point

@Lizziedu49 this I still the miscarriage cycle so have NO idea where I am at the moment haha. Had the surgery on friday 15th November so nearly 3 weeks but still getting positive pregnancy tests so will wait for that to turn negative, wait for my period and then try again probably in new year :D

@Anny27 how far along were you when you miscarried if you don't mind me asking? Was it your first month of TTC?

I wanted to start TTC last month but missed ovulation but it gave me a chance to understand it all. So this month have been using OPKs and BBT and I'm now 9DPO. Just had the most minute amount of spotting when I went to the loo. Hopefully a good sign!

@Lizziedu49 I was 11 and a half weeks but it was missed miscarriage so baby was a bit smaller. And no, we conceived on our 3rd/4th month (first month we missed ovulation!) so not too long. Hoping its quick next time as well 🤞

I'm a bit baffled, I had ewcm Saturday and Sunday along with ovulation pains, Sunday morning peak ovulation test so thought I would ovulate Monday latest right? Monday I was dry all day then suddenly like water wet on the evening, we dtd anyway then yesterday still quite wet and I had ewcm in the evening? I'm kind of annoyed because I thought I hit the timing perfectly, do you guys think I actually ovulated yesterday then? 🙄 My cervix was still high yesterday but medium hard. Guessing game is a killer but the opk doesn't lie right?

@Lizziedu49 I did take another cheap test this morning and it was a BFN, not even a hint of a line. App says period is due Monday but I think Sunday as think I ovulated a day earlier. However it's my first month tracking and I'm already on CD32 and not sure on my normal cycle lengths so could be any day now I guess. Last night while watching TV, I had period type cramps and back ache very briefly, exactly how it feels when I'm about to come on so went to check but coast is all clear at the moment. Not hopeful at all now though as thought there would be at least a faint line by now.

Anymore symptoms on your end?

@Ellsbells112 it's so hard to know but sounds like you DTD enough to hopefully catch it either way?

@FingersCrossedXXX you're only 9DPO aren't you? And IC aren't particularly sensitive. There's a high chance you haven't even implanted yet and I think it takes 24 hrs after that for it to show on a test. So please don't lose hope! It's a bit too early to test right now really. I think as time goes on ladies on here tend to test later and later as it's so upsetting to see a BFN but they realise they are setting themselves to feel like that as there's such a low likelihood of a BFP at that point. Plus period cramps and back pain are a good sign! So many girls say that they thought AF was coming but actually went on to get a BFP xx

@FingersCrossedXXX the annoying thing is that for the past 2-3 cycles we have definitely done when I saw ewcm and that's supposed to be the prime time yet we haven't conceived. At one point I got a scan and saw for myself I was about to ovulate and we dtd for 5 days around the day and on the day lol

You dtd all round when you was ovulating right? Fingers crossed for you. Do you feel pregnant?

I'm CD13 today and day 2 of flashing smiley on OPK. 🤞 I'll have a textbook cycle this month and get my 'peak' tomorrow! (Come on b6 tablets, do your thing!)

Maybe your body geared up to Ov, but didn't manage it, so tried again a day or two later?
I never understand if we ovulate at time of EWCM, just before EWCM or just after EWCM? 🤔 anyone shed any light? Xx

@ellsbells112 Only slightly but this is so sore but it could all be pre period symptoms. This is month 2 of trying. The first time I got pregnant 3 years ago I had a miscarriage after the first month of trying then after my first period after that I got pregnant with my son and this time I keep thinking it should be fast again due to previous but it doesn’t always happen like that. It’s driving me insane. I would take a test every day even though I know it would come back as negative. So I’m trying not to. I love seeing all the positive test pics though as it gives everyone else that boost.

@Robbo93 I think you get ewcm a few days before and during ovulation as this helps with the sperm to get to the egg. X

@Gillsg141290 that would make sense, I can just never determine at what point my body releases the egg (or if it even does!)

@gillsg141290 yes when your boobs hurt more it is a big sign though isn't it? Meh that's what I was going off, I got pregnant like 3 times first go each time, 6 years ago or so and thought it would be the same. Nope I'm on cycle 4 now, annoyingly.

I don't know, maybe it was left over coming out as it came Tuesday evening after nothing since Sunday 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ no matter we dtd Saturday to Monday. Must be enough! I'm only, what, 2 dpo and losing my mind haha I'm taking my son ice skating after school to keep busy xx

@Ellsbells112 yeah I think it is a big sign but I had this last month and it went away just before period so this could be the same.
