Iron deficiency anaemia and conception

So after having terrible tiredness, headaches, vomiting and dizziness a blood test has shown I have iron deficiency anaemia.
Following our loss in March we are trying again and I am wondering if the anaemia will impact on trying to conceive. I have been told I need to have another 3 months of of iron tablets and possibly another 3 months after that.
Anyone else been in this situation or other insight offered.
Many thanks

Hi! Anaemia is awful but providing you take your tablets you'll feel better very soon! (Advise taking with fresh orange they make you constipated)

I convinced with it got my levels up then ended up really low around 36 weeks. But just kept taking the tablets and it soon got back to normal.

Lots of baby dust I'm ttc #2 now
