I take a lot of vitamins to help with everything and also fertility
50 mg vit b6 a day but I think it may have messed up my cycle as I used to have a 35 day cycle and ovulated day 19-21 had ewcm only 1 day
Now I get 5-6 days of ewcm, cycle has shortened too.....
Other vitamins etc I take are vit c, zinc, b12, folic acid, inositol and iron,

My tsh is fine (1.4) and bmi is 21.5 but I’ve been reading and I’m worried the issue is too much b6?

B6 is essential for conception. When I was ttc I just took Pregnacare Max (recommended by fertility clinic) as it has all the vitamins you mentioned and more.

50mg isn't at all high compared to a lot of B supplements. I used to take a high dose B complex but I was on a vitamin D deficiency forum and the supplement recommendations there (based on research which I've checked) are to take no more than 10mg p/d, so I've found a suitable supplement.

If you're trying to conceive/are pregnant and you're not deficient I don't think 50mg would do you any harm, but I'm definitely more cautious about B6 these days - I wouldn't supplement in high doses long term.

I was hoping it would mostly help with pms too. I was just worried I’d overdone it a little
