Been trying to conceive for about 6 months now, just turned 40, i have no children but my partner has a son from a previous relationship so we know he’s fertile! My cycle is driving me nuts. Normally a little irregular by a few days, but 29 days on average. I’m currently on day 34 and no sign of period, just very light spotting for last 6 days. No other major symptoms and been really trying hard not to get my hopes up, but a negative test this morning and to be honest I’m feeling gutted and really despondent. Guess I’m just after any support or similar experiences from anyone in a similar position, as I’m going into panic mode that this just isn’t going to happen for me
