I've been up all night with severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea (I suffer from IBS and something has triggered it but I can't think what). Will this harm the embryo at all? I've tried to keep drinking water but it just goes straight through me and the cramps are bad

No it won’t, don’t worry. Hope you feel better soon.
