11 days late for AF, negative pregnancy tests

I've had regular periods since I came off the pill. I was due on the 22nd of September but still haven't come on. It's now 10 days later and all my pregnancy tests have come back negative? Could I still be pregnant? Or is this just a missed period?

I was 12 days late this month, no reason for it, negative tests etc. Turned out I had a urine infection. 2 separate antibiotics later it started.

Thanks. I think it must have just been a random long period. I've had some brown spotting so must just have been a long cycle and that's why I have brown spotting now.
