After a miscarriage earlier this year, me and my partner are wanting to start trying again for a baby. I have been taking my bbt every day to try and understand my cycles.
Normally, the day my bbt drops is when my AF starts. Yesterday, AF was due and my bbt dropped (to 97.90 F), but I had no AF. Today, my bbt suddenly went up again (to 98.90F). I know I’m definitely not pregnant but why would my bbt suddenly go up?
I took my bbt at the same time as always, i’m not ill and I slept well. This hasn’t happened before.
