Spotting, nausea and cramps - ovulation or implantation?

Hi, I have been tracking my cycle and have been basing ovulation off of that with the intention to start testing for ovulation next month if no luck this month. I thought I was about 1-2 dpo and going into the 2 week wait but last night I had some light pink spotting and this morning I've had a bit more spotting, cramps and I feel sick. I thought possibly it could be to do with ovulation but I've never had any symptoms like this for ovulation. Could it possible be that I've ovulated extremely early in my cycle and this is implantation? Has anyone had anything similar?
