Hey everyone

Please join me on my journey of TTC baby no 1 (5 months of TTC). It can be a rollercoaster of emotions and I think a positive thread of news, updates and tips is needed!

@MisssC3025 I'm feeling good! I still feel like baby number 1 is so far away though, like I feel hopeful but also feel like it's going to take ages idk why! My af according to clue is due 18/10 but that's based on my last cycle being bloody 42 days. Recently off the pill so I'm pretty sure my cycles will be weird for a bit, first was 28 days then 42 now I'm on cycle 3 after the pill so not really 100% when AF will show or even when I'll ovulate 😂

When's your AF due?

@StephyRose good luck, I see something v v faint as you say but definitely worth trying again in a couple of days! I hope you can keep busy til then and the days fly by!! 
I'm still only on cd 6, but been busy packing before we move on Thursday. We have started dtd every other day already to make sure the swimmers are super fresh when we get there!
@MisssC3025 I have been taking preconception vitamins with folic in, I believe it's best to take at least folic before you get pg as it's most important in the first few weeks. The rest is probably all pointless but I need the iron and B vits anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️

@StephyRose have all fingers crossed🤞🏼 let us know and send send away pictures we will surely squint!

I need to buy some folic plus it's good for men too? So I've heard 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ let me know how you get on with the lubricant! Heard people use egg whites and succeed but the thought of that 🤢

I get you 100% I used to be a primary teacher all my teacher friends tried to plan that too! I'm no longer a teacher in primary, so I don't have the holidays anymore but if I did I would have wanted to plan the same!

My AF is due on Sunday 29th apparently but my app can't figure out when I OV as my thermometer wasn't working! They've sent me a new one but I have no idea now 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

So if I don't get it by Sunday I'll take a PT! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 this week better hurry !!! I'm hoping this will be the month as I'm working in Germany next month during fertile window 😩😩😩 so will have to wait until Nov 🤦🏻‍♀️

@SMiles14 thanks for sharing what you're taking !! I need to get some folic definitely. Took seven seas "trying to conceive for a baby" tablets a few months ago. Took just for one month and didn't work (but guess I needed to have kept taking them maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️)

I do wonder if most of the vitamins we take doesn't even get into our bodies we just wee it out 😂😂

This is this mornings test. Definitely something there but again faint - after two days would have expected it to be darker. I feel like this is just a dodgy batch of FRER tests. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Still darker than Saturdays test. Not sure what to think.

Comparing the two, this mornings is definitely darker.

Gah. Going slightly mad! My cycles since coming off the implant are anything from 24 days to 28 but the average is 26. Based on average, I'm due Wednesday on the 25th but with two days to go, I thought it would be darker than that.

@StephyRose I see it !! It wouldn't necessarily be darker! 🤗🤗🤗🤗 keep testing but I see it !!!

@MisssC3025 yeah definitely a bit of a guessing game atm but we're just trying to BD every other day and hope for the best. I think if nothing this cycle I'll buy some OPK's just to double check when OV is happening and then I'll try following SMEP!

Yeah I'll keep updated how I'm getting on! Had some what could have been the start of EWCM this morning so maybe this cycle will be shorter 🤞

I've got four more tests (ouch, bank balance!) coming to work tomorrow ... so I won't test again now until Wednesday which is meant to be my AF due date. I have everything crossed. 🤞🤞🤞

Nothing really @MisssC3025 which is making me doubt. I had almost 48 hours of a dull ache like period pains this weekend but no period which was very random. And I had a tingley nipple a few times. 🤣

@StephyRose haha tingly nipple made me chuckle. I'm very excited for you. It's definitely there. Have you told your DP?

My boobs ache like never before and I'm going loo for a wee more than usual! I don't drink a-lot of water (which is very bad) so I'm wondering how can I be weeing so much! Got up to go loo 4 times last night. Sorry tmi lol.

I'm a little miffed as my basal thermometer wasn't working so couldn't work out when I OV! This morning it finally figured it out and apparently I ovulated on Monday! We didn't DTD on Monday but we did the days before Monday! I hope it hasn't ruined our chances 😢

Really want Sunday to hurry up so I can test!! Eek!

Hi ladies hope you dont mind.me joining we have been ttc about 7 months now I am ov today and we dtd this afternoon I am really hoping this will be the month for us we have been married a year this month and my hubby will be an amazing daddy. I just found out one of our friends has conceived without trying and I found it a little painful dont get me wrong I am super happy for her but secretly I am hoping this will be.my month as I am desperate to be a mummy. Fingers crossed that it is a good.month for us all xxx

Hope this is the month for you too! Yes it can be a little painful when you hear others full pregnant quite quickly, but then again we're all very different. We just have to keep remembering that 6months (for me) and 7 months (for you) is normal and not anything to worry about just yet.

Have you heard about Sperm Meets Egg Plan? I've heard this has helped lots of people TTC! If I don't get a sticky bean this month I'll definitely true SMEP next month 🤞🏼🤞🏼
