Please join me on my journey of TTC baby no 1 (5 months of TTC). It can be a rollercoaster of emotions and I think a positive thread of news, updates and tips is needed!

@MisssC3025 I wasn't even meant to be testing yet whoops 😳🙄 hahaha. Nah it was only taken like 30 mins ago so not FMU I also only had a tiny bit of wee in me so if it is the start of BFP that could be why it was so faint. I have a FRER but going to try and hold off til morning to take that with FMU

So guys... What do we think?

@jurassiclover Looking at your previous messages your AF is/was due 18th? So it may become more visible on or after this date, but it is very promising!! How exciting! My cycle is all over the place this month. Had 2 35 day cycles after coming off the pill and got a peak reading on day 23 last month. This month I am on cycle day 27 and still no peak just high's! So frustrating! We have been DTD every day for a week now to cover last month's ovulation date and just hoping our clearblue test missed the LH surge this month, but still getting high readings every day!

@KCT93 yeah due on 18th so gonna get a few more tests today and test tomorrow and see if it gets darker! Thank you!
Ah that's so frustrating! I had settled into 39 day cycles after the pill, it seems to mess cycles up so much for some people! If you're DTD every day you should be fine I'm sure! Very possible it missed the surge I know it can be quite easy to miss!

@Jurassiclover Keep us updated, very excited and happy for you! As long as I keep getting the high's we are just going to keep DTD until AF or maybe even a BFP haha! Thank you!

Joining this thread please ☺️ haven't caught up on previous convos so please feel free to introduce yourselves. I'm on 1st cycle of TTC, currently 11 DPO, been off pill since June to give my body time to adjust since 12 years on the pill!

@Jurassiclover congratulation for yours!!!! I tested this morning (I'm same DPO as you) with a FRER and got a BFN. I'm feeling ok about it! Its only the first month after all. I was all over the place last night but I feel better for having POAS. I just couldn't not as I have been feeling so sick and crampy, I needed an answer. Will now just wait to see if AF arrives ☺️

@Lizziedu49 thank you! And have you been using OPK's? I totally understand feeling better for using a test, last month I felt so much better just knowing what was happening! Sending baby dust your way!

Hi all, just joining this thread as my partner and I are TTC number 1, first cycle since I got the implant out end of September. I'm going a little mad already 🙈 I'm 7DPO (I think) and had some mild cramping yesterday followed swiftly by sore nipples and hot flushes, although I feel like I'm making these symptoms up because it feels so unlikely I'd feel anything this early 😳 just want to POAS already!

@Jurassiclover I have been using OPKs for the past 3 cycles but not this cycle 😭 only because I went away for the weekend and missed it. But my app has been 1 day off of accurate every month (confirmed by OPKs) so I feel that my cycles are reliable. I OPK'd every day since that weekend and had nothing so I'm thinking I must have ovulated whilst I was away! DTD every other day around that time

@aquarianaura I feel your pain. I am 11 DPO and caved this morning. Only because DH was away, otherwise I wouldn't have. Needless to say, I got a BFN. Going to wait for an appearance from AF now. FRERs are too expensive

@Lizziedu49 ahh that's so good that your cycles seem regular! Hopefully the BFN today was just a bit too early - you may have implanted late! If not then I have my fingers crossed that next month is your month!🤞

@aquarianaura welcome! That's how I felt this month! Was convinced the symptoms were nothing haha! Got my fingers crossed you'll get your BFP soon!!!

@Lizziedu49 aw I'm so sorry to hear that! That's whats putting me off testing so early, it's so hard but I'd rather wait for missed AF before I do anything!

@aquarianaura totally agree, hold off testing for as long as you possibly can. That's what I'll be doing from now

I'm 31. TTC #1. Came off the mi I pill end of September and waiting for my first period. Opk said ovulate on Sunday so we shall see...

I finally got my peak on OPK today! CD28 but a late peak is better than no peak I guess! Looks like I'm in for a longer cycle this month if no BFP, but fingers crossed!
