White tissue discharge woth blood after sex?

Last month I ovulated 12 days after my period started. I know this for a fact as I had ovulation mucus that day.

Today I'm 10 days past the first day of my period and my app is predicting that today I'm ovulating. However, I'm expecting it to be on Tuesday because of last month (I normally have a 27/28 day cycle.)

My partner and I had sex on Friday, saturday and today, and just now when I went to the toilet I had some very light blood, no bleeding, and white tissue. I'm not in any sort of pain but I'm wondering if this could be ovulation? Or perhaps a yeast infection?

I'm not sure, because of the timing it makes me think fertile time but idk.

I forgot to add that last night I had a sharp pain in my left ovary!

Has this happened before.

@kellyw1989 I've had bleeding after sex before but that was when I had a coil. I don't have any more bleeding though.

My google search comes up with miscarriage and cancer. I know I'm not pregnant so I may go to the Gp to have myself checked out.
