Pain around ovary area? Advice please!

Hello, I've been having some pain around my ovary area (left side) since around my ovulation day. It started off worse and has since tapered off and is now more a dull ache(although it was never massively painful) I'm now around 7dpo. Has anyone experienced this? Could I have pcos? Or could it be pregnancy related? I've never felt these pains before! Thankyou

I get this some months and not others. I don't have pcos as far as I'm aware! I think it may be something to do with the follicle from which the egg erupted developing a cyst or build up of fluid which is apparently really common and resolved itself within a few weeks. That's what I've read before anyway!

@Lindor2828 aah that's good to know! - I was getting a little worried. Thankyou for your reply :) it does seem to have only come on this cycle so that sounds about right
