This is my BBT chart over the past month. I have PCOS and very infrequent cycles after being on the pill for so many years.
Now I've been off for a year I'm trying to make some sense of my cycles as they become slightly more regular.
My OPK test strips are all medium-dark with no 'peak' test really.
The period in the chart is correct but the fertile window is just the app guessing. I don't think I've ovulated because my temp hasn't risen for more than 3 days. I don't understand why it's so up and down! Seems to go from high to extremely low overnight.
If anyone can help make sense of what's going on I'd be really greatful! X
