Line eyes please

Morning all

So I am 7dp5dt and my blood test is Wednesday to confirm if my first ICSI attempt has worked I took a test yesterday with a FRER and there was a faint line and done one today and still as faint what does everyone else think it it a faint bfp or an evap? Thanks in advance

@itwasalovelydreamwhileitlasted Is that what it needs to be over? This is my first go so no idea about the blood tests?

I read somewhere (I spend too much time on google) that hcg at certain DPO needs to be in a certain range to have the highest chance of it being a viable pregnancy - i can't remember if it was over 100 but it was in that range I think

But from what I've seen on google loads of people had lower hcg numbers and went on to have a viable pregnancy but I think for me 100 is a psychological threshold to reach!

I hadn’t even looked in to that!! Just looked now it’s a big old range for 4 weeks so fingers crossed for us both!!

Mine was 75.4 so bit less than I wanted so just going to take it day by day x 🤞🤞🤞

Congrats too! They did nearly forget the number but it was really the only thing I was interested in as knew it was going to come back positive anyway

The nurse Sam this morning said they look for around 100+ but she's also seen successful pregnancies when it's been lower

I've booked into a private place on Saturday (MUMS) to have a follow up bHCG done (although won't get the result till Monday morning) as want some comfort that the numbers are doubling (or not!) - I had a ruptured ectopic last year and you get slow rising hcg with ectopics so I guess I'm just a lot more cautious of it happening again x

@itwasalovelydreamwhileitlasted Oh right I’ll ring tomorrow and ask them id worked myself in to such a state even though I had positive that it just went out of my mind! Fingers crossed for us both xx
